	Overall Rating: About the Reviewer: Age: 50 - 65 Cruise Experience: 7+ cruises Traveler Type: Couple Stateroom Type: Balcony Not what they use to be. by David S from Sav., GA Sailing date: Feb 2013 Pros: Entertainment Cons: Shortness of staff in major dining areas WE last took the Crystal line 15 years ago and remember the dining room service to be doting and of the highest quality. Service is now functionary with a noticible shorness of assistant waiters to serve bread, fill water glasses and remove plates. The kitchen had a problem with cooking food to order. Many dishes were serve luke warm at best with both entrees and appitizers being served piecemeal as opposed to the entire table being served at one time. Disappointing Ship Details: Ship Quality Dining/Food Not enough staff for breakfast service in the Lido facility. Could not fine a clean table or get beverage service far too many mornings. Breakfast service in main dining room very, very slow. Stateroom Quality Rooms are very small by todays standards and when compared to seaborne. Roomy, uncrowded, multiple eating options, exceptionally high level of service.
